If the issue is a result of an error, fault, or oversight on our part, we will address it as a priority at no additional cost — regardless of the timing.
Our standard hourly rate for all services — including web development, SEO, and digital marketing — is:
$100.00NZD + GST per hour
This rate applies to all work carried out during regular business hours, which are:
Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 7:00pm NZT
We bill in 30-minute increments, with a minimum billable time of 0.5 hours per task.
We understand that sometimes you need things done quickly or outside standard working hours. In these cases, our urgent and after-hours rates apply:
$150.00NZD + GST per hour
(1.5x standard rate)
Applies to work requested and performed outside the hours of 7:00am – 7:00pm or on weekends and public holidays.
$150.00NZD + GST per hour
(1.5x standard rate)
Applies to urgent work requested and required to be started or completed on the same day.
$200.00NZD + GST per hour
(2x standard rate)
Applies to critical work required to begin within 60 minutes of confirmation.
Urgent work is subject to availability and must be approved by our team before scheduling. These rates ensure we can prioritise your work without disrupting existing client commitments.
Minimum Billable Time: 0.5 hours per task

Rates Exclude GST: All pricing listed is exclusive of GST (15%)
Currency: All prices are in New Zealand Dollar unless stated otherwise
Project Work: For larger scopes or ongoing support, we offer fixed-price quotes or retainer agreements.
